I completed 13 orders with 5 star reviews but suddenly my gig went down. My gig was on the first page. Why did that happen?

As your gig down, fiverr sent you an email with the reasons.
And based on your category, I feel, you were reported for using copyrighted/others' text content/design in your gig image or may be to the delivered work.
