Commercial rights

Hi everyone, 

I am Fiverr user for many years now, but this is my first question for the forum.

 

I'd like to ask you for help. with commercial rights.

 

Before you would ask, there is no problem (yet) with any of my orders 🙂

 

Could you please tell me what is the case with commercial rights for service (writer,  ghostwriter) I've bought on Fiverr, if the gig said nothing about commercial rights?

According to the TOS, "Unless clearly stated otherwise on the seller's Gig page/description, all intellectual property rights of the purchased delivery are hereby assigned to you." :D
