how long does it take for your gig to be approved? and also instead of using a paypal account and collecting the money i would like to use the money i earned here on fiverr and buy gigs with it, so how does that work? what are the steps.

The gigs are approved as soon as they are created unless it is some resume or review gigs or you have added video with it. You can ofcourse use your earned money to buy gigs, there is no compulsion on you to withdrew.
