Fiverr User and his gigs disappear

Yesterday I posted my request to do the fresh programming and website design. I got 12 offers and opened them. I decided to contact two persons. I had bad impression on first person. He didn't show any sincerity to answer my questions and obviously wanted the gig fee from me. It does put me off. So I moved to the second person.

I got impression on his experience in software programming after long discussion. I decided to hire him to be my long-term programmer for my idea project. Today, I check his message and to my surprise, he is no longer active. I feel a real pinch that he stole my idea project as I am non-tech guy and wish to set up my own software running business.

How to prevent this from happening in future?

It is about mutual trust between buyer and seller. I am sincere to offer long-term partnership but he took me for granted.

Or maybe he got banned. You can try reaching out to Customer Support if ever.
