Sellers misrepresenting location

I just finished work with a seller who shows the US as their location. During interactions with the seller I found out they are in fact in Kenya.

Shame! Fiverr has to do a better job of verifying country of origin.

Did they say they are in Kenya or from Kenya?

I thought Fiverr had a handle on this situation because all US citizens must be verified by filling out a 1099 Form providing their Social Security number.

I guess a cheater will always figure out a way to cheat.
