I dispute my order to extend delivery time now i want to withdraw dispute and deliver my files what would happen if i withdraw dispute

You might have to reach out to the buyers, asking them about removing it.

However, it is not a good business practice to register a dispute, just to extend the time.

The buyer has the right to accept the dispute and then not pay.

You may consider figuring in more time to complete projects.
