My level dropped from L1 to New seller

Hello everyone, I need help for explanation of what happened with me, for just cancellation one order, my level dropped from L1 to new seller, so pls can anyone explain me why this rate affects me and when this will back again to L1.

Complete more orders. On the next evaluation or even before your profile will be refreshed with the number of orders in the last 60 days.

If the cancellation is distributed along more orders, the rate will be reduced and you will receive your L1 badge back (considering everything is green and and according to the requirements).
