Same thing with me bro. It's depend on your gig performance. If your gig performance is good. You have achieved all the 5 star reviews. But at the last it's depend on your hidden reviews of buyers. It's happens with me, I think.

I don't think so. As he is a level 2 seller, his is must be active to get the level 2 badge. Furthermore a level 2 seller knows, whether all of his gigs are active or not and here he said none of his gig found in the search result.
