CS Closes Requests and Neglects Help

HEY FIVERR CS!

I have a simple, basic problem that needs to be fixed, and could be fixed within minutes.

3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED, STILL NOTHING!

Instead of getting help, I get automated messages completely unrelated to the problem and closed help requests for NO REASON!

Reply ASAP with the wanted results!
