Banned account withdrawal

Hi everyone, got banned by Fiverr probably because my services wasnt accepted i dont know ( i did phone security bypass remotely or walk clients through it). Well i wasn banned and said i will receive my funds after 90 days. Its been above 90 days now and fiverr sent me a message that funds are available. I logged in but not certain how to withdraw the funds, please help
