Referral credit not credited to my balance

i referred two friends and they made purchase. one had order completed and the other is in progress. however i do not see the 20% referral credit in my balance. why is that?

Just in case you’re not aware, referral credits can only be spent on Fiverr. You cannot withdraw this money. Also, credits have an expiry date - so you need to make sure you use them as they don’t last forever.
