How to send request to buyer in website?

The short answer is that you can’t unless they have invited you to or have a buyer request to which you can respond. Otherwise buyers would get overwhelmed by thousands of desperate sellers spamming them with their services.

If you go to your Fiverr dashboard and click More → Buyer Requests on the menu, you can apply for any jobs that are in your feed that you are suitably qualified for. If you try to send unsolicited messages to buyers, you will almost certainly get a warning for spam.
