New user profile setup

I’m trying to set up my profile. But. I don’t have a website to attach, and I haven’t been to college or uni so I can’t put that on or my qualifications.
Because of that I think that’s why I can’t get the SMS button to light up when I click “Finish”.
Is this right?

I don’t really remember anything of the Fiverr account creating process, but I’m pretty darn sure that neither of those aspects are mandatory to create a profile on the site.

Those aren’t mandatory, so don’t have the red asterisk next to them. But when I tap “Finish” at the end it tells me I need to add them.
