Why I cannot promote my gig link to social bookmarking sites?

I am trying to backlink my fiverr gig and profile on social bookmarking sites but when I past my gig link it shows this

Can someone tell me why this is happening? I kinda worried at the moment.

Check their ToS. My guess is that it’s against their rules to permit this kind of activity.
