Completed Order Buy Buyer wants a cancellation

Hello Forum!
I recently completed an order for a buyer who I have worked with twice in the past.
The plan he choose on my gig has 4 revisions only… I gave him more than 4 revisions just to get him totally satisfied (as I like to take care of all my clients needs), This revision went on for about 3 days and just when I had done all he wanted, I submitted.
Just about 2 hours later he clicks the revise button again, saying:
“I am not able to use what you’ve created. Would you consider canceling this order?”

Please what do I do?
as I just had a cancellation recently which critically affected my ratings
