Why Fiverr CS not providing evidences for warning?

I got a warning about copyrights violation because of one of my buyer reported. But it is not true because the design is originally created by me. And I did a little research to check for similar designs on web, but I didn’t find any. I asked Fiverr CS for the evidence but they didn’t provide. Don’t we have rights to get the details about the warnings we got? Because there are so many fake buyers available in this platform, they creating fake accounts and report genuine sellers.

Only CS can respond to that. Maybe that’s a lesson for them.
