So, is my gig not visible for a day or two if I add a new photo and audio as well?

Maybe. Once you make the change after 24 hours go to the Help section and check the status of your GIG. If it says Active in bold letters, then it is visible in search. If it says needs review send a message to CS to review the GIG.
