After the order was complete my buyer gave a 5-star review. I replied to him"Thanks for the review". Is that will be a problem for me?

No, it won’t be a problem.

However I personally don’t write anything after a feedback is left since I leave them a feedback too. It simply appears to me as if I would double write the same thing.

I only write to buyers afterwards in case of a tip.

This is not a problem. You were simply thanking your client for their review.

The problem is with people asking buyers to leave a review. That’s when Fiverr will issue a warning.
