Buyer come-back after 17days & want to rate the order

I was complete an order 17 days before. the buyer couldn’t rate this order. buyer come-back after 17 days and want to rate this order. And he asked me “can I do that”. 🙂 But I have no idea how can a buyer rate the order! please help.!

No he can not. Orders can be rated only in10 days after completion
