Why are so many sellers just handing down their orders?

I have been doing translation and transcription jobs on fiverr for 1 year now and one thing I have noticed is that most of the time I work with highly rated sellers instead of actual buyers. Is that a normal thing on fiverr? I feel like most top-rated sellers just live off the work of others.

It’s quite possible to be honest. They could purchase your gig then mark up the price of their own just to keep the difference. Know your worth! If you feel like your gigs are worth a certain price, then set your gig at that price. That way if a seller does resell your work, at least you made the amount you initially intended to.

I usually wait until July to raise my prices but I think next year around March I’m a bump it up again.
