I have not received my 20% for the referral. I raised this issue to Fiverr many times and they sent back a reply saying the case was solved, not even an explanation or feedback. After that, I sent a few other messages but never got a reply back. They mention up to 48 hours of feedback but it’s being more than 2 weeks. I can not call, I can not go to the live chat box as it does not work. I started to think that this referral is misleading promotion.
