Buyer placed order and disappeared for many days

Hi,
A buyer came and placed the order and then disappeared without providing the requirements. Today, 22 days have passed. I don’t want to wait for his requirements because I’ve so many projects already so don’t need more work. Will my completion rate drop if I send a request to cancel it? Or if I contact CS?

You don’t want to hit that Cancel - even tho you should - so do nothing. I assume you have sent a message asking for the info but if they have ghosted, assume they are not interested and while annoying, not your problem.

Yes, she said I will send you requirements soon. But I am very busy for that job now.

First of all you do not need to cancel the order because this is not your fault, then deliver the order with some working instruction and put a note: you will revise your delivery based on your time if the buyer ask. Thanks!
