Video is still in processing

I recently created a new gig and first time its video got denied because it was containing a contact information, i got to know it by summiting a support ticket and the help service was kind enough to tell me this.

i removed that video and edited the video to remove its contact information, its been over a day since i uploaded the video and is still in processing.

there was one another video i uploaded to my other gig, and it got accepted just in couple hours but why the previous video is taking so long. is this an error or what ?
