Should I create new gig ? After paused more than month

Hello. I haven’t activated my gig for a few month. I used to get at least few impressions before.
Does gig with less than 5 star get less visibility ? If my gig has 4.7 stars is it better to start again ?

And one more question. Is it better to have one good gig or many niche gigs ?
