Why I would not get back my level 2 badge.

I was level 2 seller. But i am level new Seller. I have full filled all requirements. But why I can’t get back my level yet?

Are you sure that you are fulfilling all requirements? Response rate, completion rate, earnings, Feedback all good?

Hi,
there may be some criteria left behind. Pay attention to every percentage there, if possible keep it above 95%, this is based on personal opinion.

Besides, maybe if all the conditions are met, you will level up in the evaluation next month.
