How Can I Deal with Pending Orders?

Experienced sellers, can you please suggest me how to deal with Pending orders?

Sometimes buyers place orders without no discussion but get stuck in the Gig Requirement section. Then they give up and leave. Consequently, the order remains incomplete and goes to the Awaiting for Response portion of your dashboard. When you inbox them to fill their requirements to run the order, no response from their end. In that situation, what do you do? or am I the only victim of such pending orders? If I cancel the order, the Fiverr system will surely degrade my completion rate where I don’t deserve it. Right?
