No Reviews from customers recently and auto complete order

Hi, anyone having any problems with customers not leaving reviews? I have had 3 return customers recently. who have all left reviews in the past, but have let the order complete automatically and left no reviews. Just wondering if it is a bug? Has anyone else noticed something similar?

i don’t think it’s a bug 🙂
the buyer has ten days to leave reviews once the order is marked as complete. once the buyer posts a review, you will receive a notification.
fiverr ask buyers to provide their reviews after each order.
