The buyer had placed the order and Awaiting for buyer requirements for a week.
What will happen if he forgets about that?
Is this order will be forever in awaiting fr buyer requirements state?

I think there’s an option to send a reminder, I’m not sure what it does as I’ve never had to use it, apart from that I’m not sure what else you could do, hopefully someone with more experience on this kind of situation can help out.
