How Do I get Help/Support on Fiverr?

I am a new buyer. I reviewed a seller and got a custom order for a Seller. Paid for and completed the order. Completed all requirements for the order. Was advised order would take 7 days. Got an email last Friday that the order was ready for review. Problem: When I follow the link in the email to review, I get a blank page. I log into my account and look for my order: It tells me I have no order but the order number is in the web browser. When I click on and go to https://www.fiverr.com/support, I get the same blank page. I tried downloading the Android App and after logging in I get a message when trying to access my order that there are problems and I can’t go any further.

I tried to find a phone number to call support and there isn’t one. How do I get help?

It shouldn’t be happening and most likely it might be your browser. Try to use chrome as fiverr was made for chrome and clean your cache as sometimes that’s what causing the problem
