"buyer name" is not accepting messages at this time

So, a buyer contacted me and we had few conversations regarding the work, after a while when I checked my inbox and went to that buyers’ message box, it says that he is not accepting messages at this time. Then I tried to check his profile to make sure that he didn’t block me or something but it was not redirecting to my profile instead it shows his profile. What should I do now? Will this affect my account or anything related to my account? Please help!

Only the first message you send a buyer affects your stats. Since you had conversations previously, you should be fine, don’t worry.
