Help! Corrupted file in portfolio

Hello!

I posted here earlier about a corrupted file. What happened was that I had finished an order and had delivered it, but my buyer said that the file was corrupted. I sent her the file in a message and delivered it again, and she ended up getting it somehow.

My problem now is that she allowed it to be exposed on my live portfolio, but the image is broken. I’m guessing that she managed to get the file that i sent her through normal messages, and when she accepted the delivery, the corrupted file remained. Now I have a bad image on my live portfolio, can I do anything about it? I’m also scared to get a strike.

What should I do? Is there any way to edit the image on my live portfolio? Thank you in advance to anyone who replies!
