The Buyer order cancellation request

I have order seller on fiverr on 29th may. My order is all about shopify store, and marketing Facebook ads. The seller work pretty well. Yesterday i contact with the seller, seller abused me badly, and he said it’s my store, and he will use my money by his own. I have asked customer support to cancel my order, The customer support did not responding me. Either, my ticket is assigned to agent “Carlos”. And, did not get any respond yet.

But, i did nit get fair response from customer service. It’s my first order, and horrible experience for me
