I get a new option on my gig. before time have my package option
Basic / Standard / Premium
now show option
Basic / Standard / Premium + Contact

you should move your topic to My Fiverr Gigs category if you want to share link to your gig.

Do not worry too much about “Contact” tab.

It is just a feature that Buyer’s may use to get offer for their “specific” needs.

That’s not a tier. It’s a way for sellers to message you.

It’s only beside the tiers because sometimes buyers want something that differs from your tiers. I feel like this should be obvious, but okay.
