Buyer give me 3 star reviews

Buyer gives me a PSD file and these canvas size was 3840. and there were some problems in PSD, but buyer needs a 1920X1080 size website. it cost me a lot to fix the image size one by one with the new PSD, and I do the job carefully. But the client told me about 5 pages and made 7 pages, at last, he left with 3* reviews. Now my profile is in Risk.

The only possibility is that you might miss a potential buyer who sees that review. other than that having a 3 star review won’t make your profile into a risk. neither 1 star review.
