Is cancel order effect on rating

hello fiverr why my rating decrease 5 to 3.3 due to cancel of one order , is there anyone answer me ?

No it won’t affect your rating but will decrease your gig value in search. I mean it will appear far away from top pages (1 to 5)

No its not like that, in past i have been cancelled few orders but that did not affect my ratings. How is it possible

If you mean the 3.3 review decreased your overall score, yes, that happens.
