Responsiveness on my Profile

Hi folks,



Enjoying working with loads of varied buyers on some great projects. Just a quick one, I would think that I am quite responsive and get back to people very quickly, yet my profile still shows responsiveness - N/A.



Anybody have any ideas?

additional question: Does it include gig orders also or only messages ?



Because my responsiveness in recent few months is 1 day. Last 20 days I reply very fast and probably average is around 1-2 hours, only not when I sleep, but it is still 1 day on my profile.



I mean, if it was 1 day and if it calculates average than last 20 days should improve that a lot.

damn, and I always wait few days and then deliver as I don’t need any new info from buyer when he submits his info…

I know, but mostly people contact me prior to order and then order so I do not need to reply… But anyway, now I will do that and see what will happen with responsiveness.

I am already replying to all the messages within few hours and my responsiveness is still 1 day! When we talked it was October 15! I want my new responsiveness to be shown!

Reply to @kjblynx: But after 20 days of responding to messages and orders in probably 2-3 hours average it should go under 1 day I suppose! It is 20 out of 30 days. Their stats wants to say that my average was 5 days ? 😃

Reply to @kjblynx: Will do that in 10 days when 30 days are passed from when I started counting it. If it stays 1 day even after 10 days then it must be some glitch in the system 🙂
