I’m new on Fiverr and usually, I come online at least 5 times in a day. I suddenly discovered that my response rate reduced to 90% without failing to respond to any message. I still don’t understand… I responded to all my messages early. My average response time is 1 hour. Please is anything wrong with my profile?

Response rate drop if you don’t reply message within 24 hours, but if you see any abnormal drop in response rate contact customer support.

I responded to all inquiries within 1 or 2 hours. Once I see the notification I respond.
