Paypal withdraw failed

So there is no evident cause of this, everything seems to be working fine when i place withdraw money. I get the confirmation email but right after that I get an error saying withdraw failed. Like in the screenshot. I contacted fiverr support they said to contact to paypal but everything seems to be working just fine there. What might be the issue and how to fix it ?
