Improve my gig something going wrong

hello,
my dashboard and analytics data shows 1 ranking and my profile shows 4.6 rating, and my best seller gig shows on 2nd page with 4.5 rating. please help me what can i do… before some days my rating was 4.3. why my rating is decreasing day by day? please resolve my issue and i also calculate average of my reviews it is 4.6, so why it shows 1 on dashboard,analytics, and on my fiverr mobile app. what is this bug?i am facing this issue from many days.
