Fraud or scam?

I paid someone to do a job.

Later on he said he did it.

I asked him how I can check his work.

He along with all of our communication disappeared.

I can NOT find him.

THERE IS NO WHERE ON THIS SITE I CAN WRITE.

contact support on my profile is only an image???

Can someone tell me which is FRAUD and which is SCAM…

I’m not sure what you’re trying to say here.

But. You don’t pay the seller to do the job, not in the way you are saying.



Fiverr get’s paid, not the seller. Then, after 14-17 days the seller is paid if there is no problems.



As for the gig itself. Go to your order page (Under the Shopping tab at the top). Click the gig and you can find the “resolution” button.



If doesn’t matter if the seller is gone, the order for the gig is still there.



From the resolution button pick your option.
