How do sellers get to offer 24 hour express service?

Hi. I see some sellers on here offering 24 hour express service. One such seller has only been on here for 12 days and doesn’t have level one status. Here is the link to their gig http://fragglesrock. (Also I thought adult oriented gigs were against Fiverr’s TOS. Have they changed that ?) Anyway, how do I offer 24 hour express service like this seller is doing ? Thanks for the help.

I thought the definition of erotica was adult oriented, sexually explicit, written material, illustrations, paintings and sculpture, while pornography involves sexually explicit photos or video.

You have to start a gig and put the maximum delivery time of that gig for 1 day. After completing the first order from that gig, it will me marked as an express gig.

Reply to @kjblynx: Ok so I’ve been a Fiverr member for several months now. Have 13 orders, all completed within 24 hours, all rated positively. My gig has been set on 1 day delivery since day 1. Does this mean there was some kind of glitch and I just won’t be getting express delivery?

I don't see any gigs at all on your profile page. I'm curious, have you contacted CS?
