Fiverr just removed my Red Flag

I recieved two red flags within one day this week.
yeah! that’s such a hard time for a fiverr freelancer, knowing that now with any mistake you make on fiverr your account will get suspended anytime without any further warning.
i contacted customer support, had some discussion . Thanks to fiverr.
the thing is, i recieved two flags for the same order mistake. i requested them to remove one as both were for the same one order.
They gave me level one badge back.
i am a level 2 seller but as i have a flag now,i still need to wait for 30 days to qualify for level 2 back.
