mchosting Posted September 25, 2019 Share Posted September 25, 2019 I click on Proceed to Order Gig.I enter my Credit Card info, it shows up a loading bar saying the order is processing.After that, there is an error mark saying something failed and contact support.I receive a notification from my bank saying that the amount the Gig was is taken out of my bank balance.My Fiverr account it says I have ordered NOTHING, I contacted the seller he says nothing has been ordered by me.This has happened twice on 2 different cards.Contacted support but need a reply ASAP as the GIG is a 6hr turnaround and I need to artwork today.
