Messages Disappeared

Hello,

I searched for this topic, but I couldn’t find it. I was wondering why, when the buyers leave, all their messages disappear. I was messaging a potential buyer and all of a sudden their messages disappeared, but mine are still there. Is it because they just aren’t online or did they delete their account?

As I’ve noticed, it usually happens when someone sends spam.
Fiverr simply clears all the messages of such user.
So there’s no need to worry 🙂

I’m not sure why Fiverr doesn’t explain that in those cases. Glitches are fairly common on Fiverr, so people should know if something is a glitch or spam.

Same situation

Hi everyone today i received msg on fiverr 

i replied after few minutes the message disappeard anyone know why its happen

And she writes whatsapp contact number and says he will tell you all the details after few mintues message had been  disappeard.

Is there a way to see and answer these deleted messages? Like a trash folder?

Unless you're a scambaiter, WHY!? Fiverr sends spam to the spam folder for a reason.
