I had applied for fiverr revenue card now i want cancel the request?

As i had applied for bank transfer but they had not approved my bank account they asked me send id card and informatiion i send but still payoneer does not approve my bank account. Now i just clicked fiverr revenue but i donot want the card how i can cancel the request.
