Fiverr Stop my Reach i got all my client from Facebook

I got Level1. Fiverr is not Sending Reach to my Gigs, All of my client i Grab from Facebook.

Every thing is 100% how can i improve my Reach and got First page position ?

I upload video but Gigs performance remain same

Anyone can help me out ?
