My buyer refund his money after complete gig

I did complete gig with my buyer.but today I open my fiverr account and I can see my buyer cancel his order and he got refund.though he complete that gig with me one week ago.and i earned money.but i lose my money today.how it is possible?

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.

Fiverr doesn’t release funds til 14 days after the completion an order. Please refer below article.

Why don’t you contact customer support and check? Sometimes due to a payment problem it got canceled. If you contact customer support, you will be able to find the problem.

I think he refunded his money with PayPal dispute
PayPal in 90% refund buyers.
