I’m sorry, but I can barely understand what you’re saying. You’re not using perfect grammar right now, so maybe that’s why your buyer is unhappy with your content writing. English doesn’t seem like its your first language. If customer support isn’t helping, then you should cancel the order. Otherwise, the buyer will give you a negative feedback.
