Order Cancellation Procedure, please help

Hi, I would request my to cancel the order, because he is using mac but I am not familiar with mac PC. My task is remotely access to his computer and give some assistance. If I request him to cancel the order on the ground of “Due to personal/technical reasons, I cannot complete the work” is there any negative impact for my profile. would you please help me what should I do?
