Can anyone let me know, the perfect number for FAQ in a gig. Should I keep it 8. Or more than 8. Or less than that.

There is no “perfect number”. If you need or want to post FAQs on your gig, post FAQs on your gig. FAQ’s do not improve your gig’s “ranking”, nor do they guarantee more orders. It’s just a list of FAQs.
